For those that have a case they need to fit, or have an exact amount of pedals they’d like to house, these fully CUSTOM sized flordbords are made to measure to whichever size you might need! Please read on for full details before placing an order!
These are priced according to whichever standard size they might be SMALLER than in terms of Depth and Width (see below), or larger than in the case of the ‘LARGER THAN LORGE’ option.
SMOL - 130Dx320W mm (2 slat design)
MID - 260Dx400W mm (3-4 slat design)
LORGE - 370Dx560W mm (5+ slat design)
Soooo, for example you want a flordbord at ‘200mm Deep x 370mm Wide’, that would come under the ‘SMALLER THAN MID’ option. Or you might want something huuuuge at 400D x 700W, that would definitely come under the ‘LARGER THAN LORGE’ option.
Height is interchangeable with any of the custom sizes as it doesn’t much affect the making process, but is limited in size to what timber we have in stock unfortunately!
Created using 100% recycled Merbau decking, refinished in a lovely beeswax based finish. Most, if not all of the timber sourced would usually be put in landfill or wasted being burnt! For more info about the timber, see the about page :)

Pleeeeease don’t select a smaller/cheaper priced option than the dimensions you put in, as it will only delay the process in manufacturing with us having to politely ask you for more money before commencing the build.
The width/depth measurements are taken from the TOP FACE ONLY, so please allow some extra wiggle room if choosing different heights from front to back as we won’t be held accountable for your maths being wrong, only ours!
Each of these are handmade to order and unfortunately not as quick as our standard sizes, so please expect AT LEAST 10-14 business days turn around on manufacturing, if not a little extra in busier times and we’ll get back to you with a more precise date of completion ASAP!
