For the first few months of this business being active (from June 2026), each flordbord is handmade to order so please allow 5-7 business days for us to create, package and process your order.

Orders received after 5 PM AEST will be processed within the following 5-7 business days, not including the date of the order.

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via Auspost and do not ship on any public holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7 business days but this is subject to change during busier periods so please allow some wiggle room there if needing your flordbord by a specific date.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. Once the orders have left our hands, we are unfortunately not responsible for any delays.

Have a problem with your flordbord? Check out our return policy. We offer refunds and exchanges within 100 days of your original order date.
