Don’t love or have an issue with your flordbord?

We are more than happy to accept returns within 100 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 100 day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged and clean condition. 

To make a return, please reach out via email with your order number/reason for return.

Following our response, simply repackage your item (ideally with the original packing for us to reuse, as we hate waste!) and drop it off at a post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow a further 10-14 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
